10. Sang a solo - maybe i have, i was always in school plays and choirs. so there could have been a solo moment there

15. Adopted a child - not officially, legally. but the man's son sean lives with us, and i have brought him up since he was 6. in my heart, he is my son too.

18. Grown your own vegetables - we have a huge vegetable garden. you can see how i blogged about it here and scrapped it here.
19. Seen the Mona Lisa in France
20. Slept on an overnight train - ronnie used to cycle in the argus cycle race in cape town. one year we went down by train. what fun!

22. Hitch hiked - not safe in south africa

Taken a sick day when you're not ill - well, technically not. not while i worked for a boss. and not while i was the boss. but when i was a stay-at-home-mom, i have done so upon occasion...
24. Built a snow fort - not really, but i have built a snow man, and made a snow angel. in africa.
25. Held a lamb - even helped birth one
26. Gone skinny dipping - i vow to do this some day
27. Run a Marathon - not run. i walked in a few 5km races

30. Watched a sunrise or sunset - not sunrise so often. too early. but sunset almost every day. as i get home, i look straight into the sunset. beautiful!

33. Seen Niagara Falls in person - i have seen the victoria falls. they are incredible
34. Visited the birthplace of your ancestors - holland
35. Seen an Amish community
36. Taught yourself a new language - not really taught myself. my parents taught me. i can read, write and speak english, afrikaans and dutch
37. Had enough money to be truly satisfied - is there such a thing? although i know that the best things in life are free, and money does not bring happiness
38. Seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person - twice!
39. Gone rock climbing

41. Sung karaoke - i'm sure i would enjoy this. i will have to do this soon.

Been stung by a bee - many times. once on my nipple...
100. Read an entire book in one day - often. i read very fast, and read most books in a day
