wednesday morning a girl came into the shop, and asked if i sell gift boxes. i said "no, but i can fold you one"...
within minutes i folded her one, using these instructions for folding an origami box. i used a smaller square of paper, 20cm x 20cm. the box was just the right size to hold a jewellery box, that was to hold 2 rings for an engagement. using a hat pin, i fastened a charm and a translucent butterfly to the box, and there we are!
