this morning mike and i, and my mother and father went to a very nice new coffeeshop in benoni, tessa's, for breakfast, to celebrate carla's birthday. carla lives on the other side of the world, in australia! maybe next year we can take a laptop and webcam, and put her right there with us. the cool thing is that we wouldn't even have to pay for her breakfast this way...
