this is an amazing gift idea:
this interesting idea is from jowilna nolte, from imagine magazine. it appears in the january issue. she made the card/keyring on the right from the plastic packaging on the left. it is the bubble pack from heidi swapp chipboard circles, but you could use any packaging.
she opened the plastic and took out the cardboard backing and used that as a template. you could use any paper or a photo. if you are going to put something inside that can move around, as she did with the sweets, you may want to laminate the inside paper.
she stamped on the inside of the plastic with stazon ink. you can embellish as you wish, and then put a keyring through the hole.
is this clever, or what? is this 'out of the box' thinking, or thinking about the box?
imagine magazine is a new scrapbooking magazine on the south african market. it is doing very well. jowilna is the editor.
