i spent most of my money on scrapbook supplies. the rest i wasted on groceries... unknown.
It is saturday afternoon. i am in the shop. the man is working, and if i go home, i have to make the bed at this time of day.. and wash the dishes. francois is at university, swotting, and sean has been sucked into his computer game. so i'm wasting time, faffing. i could be scrapping but it seems like too much effort to unpack everything. i need to buy groceries and go to the pharmacy, but really don't feel like it. so i decided to talk to you instead.
a client has wandered in and is really raiding the shelves. seems it was worth staying...
i really need to do some serious shopping next week. i need so much stock! the shelves are looking empty, and i am out of many basics. rene, i will try to visit you next week. last week i had a sale. i needed to move some of the slower stock that i was bored with. but every time i have a sale, people ask if i am closing down. there have been a few shops closing down in the area over the last 2 years, but that does not mean that every shop with a sale is closing. a sale is just a good way of moving some of that slow stock, and freeing up some money for new stuff.
the client spent quite a bit. as she was getting ready to leave, another client came in, and she is really digging through the sale stuff. jippeeee!
it is getting late, so no more excuses. i'd better cash up and go. hopefully i can scrap something this weekend. it has been 2 weeks now since the last time i scrapped.
second client left without buying anything. darn! at least a had a nice chat with her, and i'm sure she'll come back.
love, jacki
